We specialize in upgrading your rental and offer Wifi capable front door locks with built in alarms which make it so you never have to pay for a locksmith to change out your locks on tenant turnover. Security camera installation and monitoring to ensure that your property is being well maintained, and moisture monitoring systems for your furnace/boiler room with automatic water shut offs if a pipe every bursts or a water heater breaks. Speaking from personal experience it is well worth having a master shutoff when a tenant is out of town and a furnace stops working.  This can lead to the freezing of pipes and excessive damage to a unit.
